I thought Dr. Grinspoon was articulate and thoughtful and presented a good overview of an obviously very complex subject.

Although Sarah is an engaging speaker i was a little confused because the advertising described her subject as a conversation about failure and creativity and the presentation seemed to be on another subject. It also seemed like a typical book promotion event and that seemed to be inappropriate to the Creative Matters idea.

A very fine narrative of the University of Iowa's continuing importance as a center of Modern Art and Modern Art History, this well-made film reminds us of who we are and why we should value our educational mission--and invest in it.

Her works were interesting and some were very complicated. We had to ask a lot of questions as otherwise it was more show and tell than lecture. I am very glad I went.
