Powerlifting-M/W/F 5:45am-6:30am FH
Participants of this class will learn the basics and proper technique of powerlifting training. This class will emphasize the squat, bench press, and deadlift as well as related assistance lifts to increase strength, power, and total body development. Participants will learn how to warm up, progress their lifts, and develop a solid technique to stay injury free.
This class will be instructed by Nathan Poage who has achieved personal bests of 485 lbs in the squat, 275 lbs in the bench press, and 604 lbs in the deadlift int he 165 lb bodyweight class. You must be a Recreational Services member to register.
