Strengths & Getting Involved on Campus

As a student at the University of Iowa, you will begin to learn about the Strengths model and your personal Strengths at summer orientation sessions as well during the On Iowa! program that kicks off the fall semester. You can also engage in a variety of opportunities during the year that help you learn more about and practice using your Strengths.

At this Student Strengths Session, learn more about your Strengths and how you can use them both in and out of the classroom.

Bring your top 5 Strengths! Visit www.strengthsquest.com/signin and login with your uiowa email address to find your Top 5.

RSVP by clicking on the "I'm Interested" button on the event page, and following the login instructions.

Encourage your Residence Hall floor to join you and earn points for attending - The floor with the most points after the Student Session on Friday, December 1st wins a Pizza Party for their floor! Each time a student attends a Strengths session during the fall semester, earn a point by signing in. Bring your mailbox stuffer to a session it is worth 2 extra point for the floor.
