Project Description: The Big Picture

Dr. George Malanson, Professor in Geographical and Sustainability Sciences, will be conducting a series of workshops on National Science Foundation procedures and practices aimed at improving success rates of submitted proposals. Having recently completed a NSF rotator position in the Division of Environmental Biology, Dr. Malanson will share insights regarding NSF procedures and practices from a program officer perspective. This workshop series is designed to engage both researchers and research administrators while providing an indepth understanding of what program officers and proposal reviewers are evaluating when reviewing proposals. Audience: Researchers (Faculty, staff, and graduate students) and research administrators
