In celebration of Open Education Week, join the Office of Teaching, Learning & Technology and UI Libraries for a discussion on using and developing open educational resources (OER) as an alternative to traditional textbooks. We'll hear from faculty members who have used OER in the classroom and a student who advocates for textbook affordability. Bring your questions and ideas for a fruitful discussion on moving beyond the textbook.
