All of Us Journey - NIH Research Program Exhibit
This week, The University of Iowa hosts a traveling exhibit from the National Institutes of Health to raise awareness about the All of Us Research Program and the opportunity for community members to participate.
The All of Us Research Program, part of the Precision Medicine Initiative, is an ambitious effort to gather data from 1 million or more people living in the United States to accelerate research and improve health. The program is open to people both healthy and sick, from all communities. Unlike a single research study focused on a specific disease or community, All of Us will serve as a national research resource to inform thousands of studies, covering a wide range of health conditions.
We will be partnering with the Iowa Children's Museum to provide story time, coloring activities, and a make your own button station!
