Menard combines printmaking techniques using hand drawn and appropriated imagery to weave a dystopian narrative that exploits popular cultural memory through appropriation and collage. Menard is currently an Associate Professor of Art at Rockford University. His work is held in public and private collections, including the New York Public Library, Hilliard University Art Museum, Madison Museum of Contemporary Art, and Price Waterhouse Cooper Chicago. He is a member of the Fatherless Print Posse from Rockford, Illinois.
