liveWELL presents the Live Healthy Iowa 10-Week Wellness Challenge
UI Faculty and Staff can create teams of 2-10 people to compete in this statewide event
Live Healthy Iowa is a simple, friendly competition where teams track activity minutes and/or weight loss. Each week, teams are ranked on a leader board to see where you and your team measure against teams at the University of Iowa and in the state of Iowa.
Registration opens Dec. 9, 2019, and remains open through Jan. 24, 2020.
Program runs Jan. 13–March 20, 2020.
Cost: FREE for UI employees
