Munch & Learn: Why Consider a Rotational Internship, Co-op, or Full-time position

Join us as we hear from a panel of industry professionals from CIVCO, Schneider Electric, and John Deere who have all experienced the advantages of a rotational experience! A rotational program is when an employee spends several weeks or months in one area of the company and after completing that cycle, they move on to another area (rotation). This allows employees to see various parts of the company and determine which role will be the best fit. Rotational programs are most often targeted to early career professionals to ensure the employee is happy and productive in their new role.
