liveWELL Mindfulness and Attention: Focusing the Scattered Mind
Mindfulness is being aware of what is happening as it’s happening in an open, non-judgmental, accepting, and compassionate way. Being mindful is an ability we already have but often lose touch with. Register now for this free, 1-session class to experience basic evidence-based practices of Mindfulness, practice and identify different types of attention, and access information on UI Mindfulness Programs and their relevance to enhancing attention.
