Spice up your Halloween with some LED pendants. Learn to solder your own LED jewelry or pendants to add to any Halloween costume.

If you want to be able to build along in the workshop, kits are available for $5 from the Electronics Shop and can be purchased when registering for the workshop. Cost will be applied to your University Bill and made available for pick-up in the Engineering Library.

The last day to order a kit will be October 22nd. Please email lib-engineering@uiowa.edu if registering after October 22nd.

Two items which will be needed but are NOT in the kit, may be checked out from the Tool Library or they  are available to purchase from Electronic Shop:

• Soldering Iron (suggested Catalog#5015 SOLDERING IRON 25W $20.00)
• Wire cutter  (suggested Catalog#9539 - FLUSH CUT $ 8.00)
