Journalism & Mass Communication Students can sign up now for a two-day, hands-on bootcamp in using Excel to find stories. The virtual bootcamp will focus on using PivotTables to aggregate data, diagnosing and cleaning dirty spreadsheets and how to find and negotiate for data. Basic spreadsheet knowledge (using formulas and functions, sorting, and filtering) is required.

The bootcamp will be taught by experienced trainers from Investigative Reporters & Editors, an organization that has been leading data journalism training for nearly 30 years.
