Next Generation Sequencing Interest Group: Considerations for RNA-Seq and Multi-omics Experiments
At Illumina, we are dedicated to enhancing genomic research. This talk will be focused on an introduction to Illumina sequencing and a deep dive on RNA-Seq and ATAC-Seq. We will go over key considerations when designing these experiments and give an overview on how this data can be used.
