Evans, an Iowa Writers’ Workshop graduate, is widely acclaimed for her blisteringly smart voice and X-ray insights into complex human relationships. With her most recent release, Evans zooms in on particular moments and relationships in her characters’ lives in a way that allows them to speak to larger issues of race, culture, and history.
The Office of Historical Corrections: A Novella and Stories was released in November, is a finalist for The Story Prize, and was named Book of 2020 from The Oprah Magazine. Be sure to get your copy and connect with us over this incredible read!
