Tensions rise as Eric and Raquel confront their own biases about masculinity and race when their young son plays with a doll...but nobody knows that the ghosts of history are watching and will protect the child at all costs. If homophobia wins the battle, who or what can win the war?
This production contains homophobic and explicit language, emotional and physical trauma, and the presence of a firearm. Simulated alcohol consumption and smoking of non-tobacco products will occur onstage.
Post-Show Discussion
There will be a post-show discussion immediately following the Sunday, February 27 matinee performance of Gwenevere. The discussion will feature Isaiah Reaves, playwright; Caroline Clay, director; and the cast.
