liveWELL - Mindfulness and Attention - Focusing the Scattered Mind
Identify how Mindfulness may support you in strengthening your ability to focus and concentrate. We'll do some brief, experiential practices that are yours to keep and an overview of the research. Information on how to access Mindfulness programs on campus will also be provided.
