Employers will promote their open positions while showcasing their commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion through hiring practices, workplace culture, and diversity-focused initiatives and programs. Students can have real conversations about DEI, and learn more about what DEI means to potential employers. Upon registering for the fair, students will receive updates about employers, and tips for making the most out of this event.

The Hire Big 10+ Consortium is a network of dedicated career services professionals from the Big Ten schools, as well as DePaul University, University of Chicago, and University of Notre Dame. This group is dedicated to expanding the professional practices of career services as it relates to career counseling/advising, employer relations and programming. The Hire Big 10+ Consortium is an affinity group within the Midwest Association of Colleges and Employers (Midwest ACE).
