Plogging with Campus Wellness Leaders
Join Campus Wellness Leaders for a plogging adventure. What’s plogging? It’s a combination of jogging and plocka upp, Swedish for “to pick up.” Plogging entails jogging and stopping to pick up trash while you go. It’s a great way to get some movement and clean up the environment. This will be a great way to kick off Homecoming week.
We’ll gather at the entrance to the CRWC and go for a nice jog or walk. There will be 1-, 2-, and 3-mile routes. After collecting trash, we’ll have some light refreshments available for all participants. Student Wellness will provide trash and grocery bags, gloves, and hand sanitizer, but feel free to bring your own.
