Addressing Instructor and Student Burnout
We will discuss the impact of burnout on learning and review teaching strategies to prevent burnout and manage stress for both instructors and students. We will examine burnout from an educational-development perspective and learn trauma-informed teaching strategies to support instructors and students in times of distress.
