This session will discuss recent legislative changes and court decisions that impact educational leaders. It will also cover ethical challenges faced in schools and how the Iowa Board of Educational Examiners Code of Professional Conduct and Responsivity can assist leaders in navigating ethical (and legal) dilemmas.
