Law and Public Service Career Trek - Johnson County Offices Tour
Join us for a visit around three Johnson County offices! For this trek, students will be rotating between Johnson County's Administrative Building, Health and Human Services Building, and Courthouse to learn about a variety of careers that are available in local government. Lunch will be provided!
Agenda:
9:45 a.m.: Students meet at Johnson County Courthouse (417 S Clinton St, Iowa City, IA 52240)
10-10:45 a.m.: Rotation 1
10:45-11 a.m.: Transition Time
11-11:45 a.m.: Rotation 2
11:45 a.m.-noon: Transition Time
Noon-1:00 p.m.: Lunch and Learn Session
1-1:15 p.m.: Transition Time
1:15-2 p.m.: Rotation 3
Please note that because this trek is local to Iowa City, transportation is not provided.
