| An event to encourage folx to engage in ease and leisure, while also providing them an opportunity to relax and create. Will host a guided discussion about the importance of rest and ease as a Black woman, then participants will have the opportunity to paint/decorate their own tote bags, and then fill the bag with various self care items to take with them and incorporate into their own practices. |
