Tippie Webinar: Tax Planning in Tumultuous Times
President Biden’s tax agenda may have come to a screeching halt with Democrats losing control of the House. The past three years have been a roller coaster due to COVID, the presidential election, and mid-terms. Congress increasingly uses tax law for purposes beyond raising revenue for the federal government—economic stimulus, capital investment, social goals, and political goals. As a result, American taxpayers are subjected to tax laws that make tax planning a roller coaster ride.
