The Zada Cooper Leadership Symposium honors a true pioneer: Zada Mary Cooper. Cooper was considered a master teacher, mentor, and innovator who was inspirational to her students. She advocated for women in pharmacy, for patients, and to strengthen standards in pharmacy education. She is the first-known female pharmacy faculty member in the country and is hailed as the “Grand and Glorious Lady of Pharmacy.”
