This event is co-sponsored by Johnson County United Nations Association and the Iowa City Public Library.
In 2015, United Nations member states adopted 17 Global Goals or Sustainable Development Goals designed as a shared blueprint for urgent action on problems such as hunger, gender inequalities, climate change and more. Each goal has attached targets intended to be met by 2030. But how much progress have we made so far? And what are the challenges and opportunities ahead?
