Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program
liveWELL partners with Brad Baldwin of Aperture to offer the 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to University of Iowa faculty and staff in a 50% or greater, regular position who are referred by either a Health Coach or EAP. The program begins on Tuesday, March 26. The deadline for a referral is March 15, 2024.

Class 3: Tuesday, April 9 - 5:30–8 p.m.
Class 4: Tuesday, April 16 - 5:30–8 p.m.
Class 5: Tuesday, April 23 - 5:30–8 p.m.
Class 6: Tuesday, April 30 - 5:30–8 p.m.
All day retreat: Saturday, May 4
Class 7: Tuesday, May 14 - 5:30–8 p.m.
