Paul McClure and Wing-Ki Chan are professors and teaching colleagues in the Jewelry Department at George Brown College in Toronto, Canada.

George Brown has the largest jewellery school in North America, specializing in goldsmithing, jewelry design and gemology. Chan holds an M.F.A. from Nova Scotia College of Art & Design University, Halifax, Canada. McClure holds an M.F.A from the National College of Art & Design, Dublin, Ireland. As studio artists, Chan and McClure work independently in the field of contemporary art jewelry.

In this presentation, Chan and McClure will present their approach to teaching design and fabrication of small batch production work for jewelry. In addition, they will present their individual studio practices and highlight some of the best production work in contemporary art jewelry within Canada.
