Presenter: Dr. Joseph Murray, Professor of Deaf Studies at Gallaudet University 

Dr. Joseph J. Murray is co-editor of Deaf Gain: Raising the Stakes for Human Diversity; and The Legal Recognition of Sign Languages: Advocacy and Outcomes Around the World, and currently serves as President of the World Federation of the Deaf and Secretary General of the International Disability Alliance.
