Join us on Wednesday, April 2, from 2 to 6 p.m. at the IMU Black Box Theater for Mental Health Around the World: Journey Through Your Emotions! This interactive event invites you to explore diverse cultural perspectives on mental well-being, engage in meaningful self-discovery, and connect with others through global mental health practices.
Kick off the day with the Mental Health Awareness Walk at 1 p.m. in Hubbard Park before immersing yourself in an afternoon of reflection, learning, and celebration.
