On June 15, the US Supreme Court ruled that the Civil Rights Act of 1964 applies to discrimination based on gender identity and sexual orientation. What are the details of the ruling? How did they come to this ruling? What does it mean for workers? 

In this one hour webinar, legal experts will review the ruling and its implications. Speakers include: Professor Jean Love, Santa Clara Law School, UI Law professor emerita; Professor Pat Cain, Santa Clara Law School, UI Law professor emerita; Professor Arthur Leonard, Robert F.
