Sports Law Society Speaker Series: Garth Glissman
Garth Glissman is the Associate VP for Basketball Operations at the NBA. In this position, Garth works on policies and governance of competition-related matters including rule changes, education of teams and referees, investigations of on-court matters, and injury and player resting policies and procedures. Prior to his position at the NBA, Garth was a partner at Kutak Rock in Omaha, Nebraska where he also was the Boys Basketball Head Coach for a local high school for eight seasons. Garth received his J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law.
