Intramural Virtual 5K Registration
Participants will have 24 hours to run a 5K on their own. Following the run, the participant should submit the run information to the Sport Programs staff. Run information must be a screenshot from a certified app, and include date, distance, and time. The participant in each league with the fastest 5K time will be declared champions. This is a free event!
All sport registrations take place on IMLeagues. All students, faculty, staff, and affiliates can access IMLeagues by logging in with a Hawk ID and Password. When logging in, do not include "@uiowa.edu" in your username, use only your Hawk ID and Password.
