Academic Success Workshop: Test Taking Skills & Strategies: How to be a More Effective Test Taker at Iowa
Learn about effective ways to approach exams, including memory techniques and strategies for tackling multiple choice questions.
This workshop was originally scheduled for 2/15/21 and will now be held on Wednesday, February 17.
The worksheets for this workshop can be found on the College of Engineering Virtual Hub. If you are not a College of Engineering student, please contact Engineering-SDC@uiowa.edu to request the worksheets.
This session will also be held Tuesday, March 16 from 11:00AM-12:00 PM.
To join an academic workshop, click here. You will be prompted to login with your HawkID and password, after which you will be given a Zoom link to click. All workshops are held via Zoom and will be facilitated by Academic Support & Retention.
Workshop Expectations:
- Utilize video when possible
- Utilize the chat or unmute to participate in the workshop
- Download the worksheet(s) included with the workshop you are joining (if applicable)
- Complete the feedback survey provided following the workshop
