UICB MFA Candidate Candida Pagan to show at the State Historical Society of Iowa in Iowa City
Throughout the spring the State Historical Society of Iowa at 402 Iowa Ave., Iowa City is featuring Time/Space, a collection of mixed media works by Candida Pagan. Pagan frequently incorporates aspects of performance into the creation of artist's books and other works on paper. The two bodies of artwork in this show feature letterpress prints, monoprints and drawings, and sculptural paperworks revolving around the development of and use of time.
The exhibit will be part of the Iowa City Spring Gallery walk on March 7, 5-8pm.
