The ISCR will be posting recordings of our workshops for Fall 2020. The new recordings for this week are as follows:

Data Management and Analysis with Python: In this workshop, you will learn how to manage and analyze data using built-in libraries provided by Python. You will be using useful data structures to easily import the data and clean the data to fit in the purpose of your analysis. Then, you will be engaged in using some of the basic machine learning algorithms for the classification of data samples. You will use sklearn Python package for training the machine learning algorithms and predicting the unknown data. The example codes will be provided. Presenter: Sulyun Lee

Introduction to Qualitative Research Analysis: In this workshop you will learn the basics for conducting qualitative research analysis. You will gain hands-on experience in developing a codebook, coding audio-transcriptions, and analyzing data. This is an introductory workshop appropriate to those with little to no familiarity with qualitative data analysis.  Presenter: Adriana Maldonado

Workshop recordings can be accessed by visiting the ISRC's Workshops page (https://ppc.uiowa.edu/isrc/workshops)  and clicking on the link in the workshop description.
