Partek Flow NGS Data Analysis Software Demonstration - Thursday, September 21, 2023
The Iowa Institute of Human Genetics Bioinformatics Division will be providing access to the Partek Flow analysis software suite that can be used to analyze NGS, single-cell and spatial transcriptomics data. Access to Partek Flow will be available on a fee-for-service basis.
Partek Flow provides a user-friendly, web-based, point-and-click environment for analyzing and visualizing high dimensional multi-omics sequencing data, making bioinformatics easily accessible to all researchers. To demonstrate the ease of use of this software, an RNA-Seq example data set will be analyzed in real-time from fastq files to biological interpretation as outlined in the agenda.
