"Where Do We Go After an Election? A World Café Conversation"
Social Justice Brown Bag discussion series

Info: This workshop will explore a versatile method of facilitated group reflection (World Café) using the context of citizenship after an election. A World Café method is a structured conversational process for knowledge sharing. Groups of people discuss a topic at several tables, where you will be switching tables periodically and getting introduced to the previous discussion at their new table by an experienced table host. The goal is to learn and listen to each other about what we should do to support each other in what can be an exhausting process of building our community together.

Hosts: Alison Oliver and David Supp-Montgomerie

This noon-hour workshop is FREE and open to the public.

Individuals with disabilities are encouraged to attend all University of Iowa–sponsored events. If you are a person with a disability who requires a reasonable accommodation in order to participate in this program, please contact in advance at
