Join the Cerro Gordo County Conservation Coffee Club at Lime Creek Nature Center on Wednesday, March 26 from 9:30 to 11 a.m. for a presentation by OSA's Cherie Haury-Artz
The cost for this program is $3 for nature center members and $7 for nonmembers. Registration is required for this program. Register by 4 p.m. on March 21 by calling 641-423-5309. The vent will begin with some social time with coffee, tea, and treats.
About the presentation:
Archaeological evidence for Iowa's first domesticated plans stretches back about 4,000 years. This program explores the origins of plant domestication and the archaeological evidence found in Iowa. Cherie will also have a display of plant samples and real and replica artifacts.
